Generation of single skyrmions by picosecond magnetic field pulses [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Engineering Mathematics, 2017
We numerically demonstrate an ultrafast method to create $\textit{single}$ skyrmions in a $\textit{collinear}$ ferromagnetic sample by applying a picosecond (effective) magnetic field pulse in the presence of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction.

Near-Field Source Localization in Nonuniform Noise: An Efficient Symmetric Matrix Factorization-Based Approach [PDF]

open access: yesSensors
This paper investigates the near-field source localization of multiple narrowband signals in the presence of unknown nonuniform noise with an arbitrary diagonal covariance matrix.

Sampled-data stabilization of delayed Boolean control networks with state inequality constraints [PDF]

open access: yesScientific Reports
This paper studies the set stabilization of delayed Boolean control networks (DBCNs) with state inequality constraints via time-variant nonuniform sampled-data control. State inequality constraints are introduced into DBCNs.

On the Convexity Preservation of a Quasi C3 Nonlinear Interpolatory Reconstruction Operator on σ Quasi-Uniform Grids

open access: yesMathematics, 2021
This paper is devoted to introducing a nonlinear reconstruction operator, the piecewise polynomial harmonic (PPH), on nonuniform grids. We define this operator and we study its main properties, such as its reproduction of second-degree polynomials ...

Analysis of a New Nonlinear Interpolatory Subdivision Scheme on σ Quasi-Uniform Grids

open access: yesMathematics, 2021
In this paper, we introduce and analyze the behavior of a nonlinear subdivision operator called PPH, which comes from its associated PPH nonlinear reconstruction operator on nonuniform grids.

A Piecewise Polynomial Harmonic Nonlinear Interpolatory Reconstruction Operator on Non Uniform Grids—Adaptation around Jump Discontinuities and Elimination of Gibbs Phenomenon

open access: yesMathematics, 2021
In this paper, we analyze the behavior of a nonlinear reconstruction operator called PPH around discontinuities. The acronym PPH stands for Piecewise Polynomial Harmonic, since it uses piecewise polynomials defined by means of an adaption based on the ...

NONUNIFORM SUPER WAVELETS IN 𝐿^2(K)

open access: yesПроблемы анализа, 2021
In this paper, we introduce the structure of nonuniform super wavelets over local fields. We shall also provide the characterization of nonuniform parseval frame, nonuniform semi-orthogonal pareseval multiwavelets, and nonuniform super wavelets over ...

Nonuniform Dichotomy with Growth Rates of Skew-Evolution Cocycles in Banach Spaces

open access: yesAxioms, 2023
This paper presents integral charaterizations for nonuniform dichotomy with growth rates and their correspondents for the particular cases of nonuniform exponential dichotomy and nonuniform polynomial dichotomy of skew-evolution cocycles in Banach spaces.

Nonuniform Coercions via Unification Hints [PDF]

open access: yesElectronic Proceedings in Theoretical Computer Science, 2011
We introduce the notion of nonuniform coercion, which is the promotion of a value of one type to an enriched value of a different type via a nonuniform procedure.
