Surgical Management of Pediatric Acetabular Fractures: A Retrospective Study of 14 Rare Cases
Orthopaedic Surgery, EarlyView.This case series of 14 pediatric acetabular fractures surgically managed via open reduction and internal fixation through a lateral rectus approach demonstrates that favorable functional outcomes are achievable, even in non‐acute cases, when performed by an experienced surgical team. Follow‐up revealed significant hip function recovery.
