Multiple‐Use Microplate Assay for Submicromolar Ultra High‐Throughput Separation of Amines Based on their Degree of Substitution

A reusable microplate platform for ultra‐high‐throughput, submicromolar separation of protonated amines – including alkyl‐, aryl‐, and aralkyl‐types – using a tris(pyridino)‐crown ether selector was introduced; the method enables rapid, zero‐energy, parallel purification fully compatible with automated synthesis workflows.
