Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.A bicistronic rAAV8 vector encoding Aflibercept (Afb) and COMP‐cAng1 simultaneously coordinates VEGF clearance and Tie2‐mediated vessel maturation. In a 3D angiogenesis‐on‐a‐chip model, rAAV8‐Afb/cAng1 effectively reverses pathological barrier breakdown under clinical disease‐mimicking challenges.

Advanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.A novel carbon fiber reinforcement for dielectric elastomer actuators enhances actuation force while decoupling electromechanical performance from the actuator's aspect ratio. Unlike conventional fiber reinforcements, it enables a uniform planar stretch state along the entire actuator.

A Soft Robotic Fish With a Dielectric Elastomer Actuator Body and Negative Stiffness Spine
Advanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.This work introduces a bio‐mimetic soft robotic fish driven by fiber‐reinforced dielectric elastomer actuators integrated as its body. By prestretching this active skin against a flexible spine, a negative stiffness system is created, enabling large‐amplitude bending.
