КОНЕЧНО ПОРОЖДЕННЫЕ ПОДГРУППЫ ГИПЕРБОЛИЧЕСКИХ ГРУПП

open access: yesVestnik KRAUNC: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki, 2014
Устанавливается, что конечно порожденные подгруппы бесконечного индекса в гиперболических группах, не являющихся почти абелевыми, дополняемы нетри- виальным свободным множителем.

On the structure of groups, whose subgroups are either normal or core-free

open access: yesДоповiдi Нацiональної академiї наук України
We investigate the influence of some natural types of subgroups on the structure of groups. A subgroup H of the group G is called core-free if CoreG(H) = 〈1〉. We study the groups, in which every subgroup is either normal or core-free.

Automorphisms fixing every normal subgroup of a nilpotent-by-abelian group

open access: yes, 2007
Among other things, we prove that the group of automorphisms fixing every normal subgroup of a nilpotent-by-abelian group is nilpotent-by-metabelian. In particular, the group of automorphisms fixing every normal subgroup of a metabelian group is soluble ...

Computing normal subgroups [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the 1998 international symposium on Symbolic and algebraic computation, 1998
This note presents a new algorithm for the computation of the set of normal subgroups of a finite group. It is based on lifting via homomorphic images.

The extending topologies

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1984
Let H be a topological group and a subgroup of G. A topology on G is called an extending topology if and only if it makes G a topological group and it induces the given topology on H. The set of all such topologies is studied.

Outcomes of Live Virus Vaccination in Patients With Vascular Anomalies Being Treated With Sirolimus

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Live vaccination in patients with vascular anomalies (VA) receiving sirolimus remains controversial due to immunosuppressive effects and theoretical risks. Procedure This single‐center retrospective study included patients with VA less than 4 years old at the start of sirolimus therapy who were incompletely vaccinated.

An L-Point Characterization of Normality and Normalizer of an L-Subgroup of an L-Group

open access: yesFuzzy Information and Engineering, 2014
In this paper, we study the notion of normal L-subgroup of an L-group and provide its characterization by an L-point. We also provide a construction of the normalizer of an L-subgroup of a given L-group by using L-points.

Normal Ω-subgroups

open access: yesFilomat, 2018
Subgroups, congruences and normal subgroups are investigated for-groups. These are latticevalued algebraic structures, defined on crisp algebras which are not necessarily groups, and in which the classical equality is replaced by a lattice-valued one. A normal ?-subgroup is defined as a particular class in an ?-congruence.

PARP inhibition and pharmacological ascorbate demonstrate synergy in castration‐resistant prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.
