Se registra Fomitopsis minutispora Rajchenb. (Polyporales, Basidiomycota) por primera vez en Chile. Los basidiomas de la especie fueron hallados sobre troncos caídos, siempre en bosques con presencia del género Nothofagus en la Región de los Ríos.
