Imposterism and Self‐Efficacy Among Canadian Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Residents: A National Survey
In this national survey of Canadian OHNS residents, imposter phenomenon was highly prevalent, with nearly 80% of trainees reporting moderate to intense symptoms. Female and junior residents demonstrated significantly higher imposter scores, while greater self‐efficacy was associated with lower levels of impostorism.

Nature of Surface Microcracks on Phosphorus Micro‐Alloyed Copper
SSRT tests and microscopic characterization methods were used to study the effect of plastic deformation and environment on the formation of surface microcracks on Cu‐OFP. Results show that, while ambient conditions produced thousands of microcracks per mm2, exposure to sulfide water resulted in fewer microcracks with no evidence of crack growth ...

Hydrogen Analyses of FSW Cu‐OFP Tested Under Creep Conditions in Sulphide Containing Environment
Friction stir welded Cu‐OFP exhibits elevated creep rates in sulphide‐containing aqueous environments, with creep increasing as sulphide concentration rises. Hydrogen measurements indicate that sulphide exposure does not increase hydrogen content. ABSTRACT Friction stir welded oxygen‐free phosphorus‐doped copper (FSW Cu‐OFP) is a candidate material for

ABSTRACT Despite the proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing, consumers often exhibit algorithm discounting—a tendency to evaluate AI‐generated recommendations less favorably than those from humans. Focusing on consumption goals, this study investigates how anthropomorphic AI agents (virtual assistants vs.

ABSTRACT Purpose To introduce and evaluate a novel RF pulse design algorithm for multi‐dimensional spatially tailored excitation that is optimized for spoiled steady‐state gradient echo MRI sequences. Methods Existing multi‐dimensional RF pulse design algorithms optimize RF and gradient waveforms using a loss function based on a single RF pulse ...

Whole‐Brain Diffusion MRI at 7T With Universal Multiband GRAPE pTx Pulses
Purpose To improve signal strength and homogeneity of whole‐brain diffusion‐weighted imaging (DWI) at 7T. Methods Universal multiband excitation and refocusing pulses were optimized with the gradient ascent pulse engineering (GRAPE) algorithm across a database of B1+$$ {B}_1^{+} $$ and B0$$ {B}_0 $$ maps obtained from 20 subjects.

Helical wrapping of polyamide around E‐glass fibres deflects and bridges impact‐driven cracks, arresting damage that would otherwise propagate catastrophically in conventional side‐by‐side hybrid yarns. ABSTRACT Hybrid cowrapped (CW) yarns were engineered to enhance the impact resistance and damage tolerance of fiber‐reinforced composites.

Muscle fatigue in patients with severe long COVID: A 2‐year follow‐up study
Abstract Background Fatigue is recognized as one of the most persistent and debilitating symptoms of long COVID, affecting both functionality and quality of life. However, its long‐term effects, especially beyond the first year after infection, remain poorly understood.

Phosphorus‐modified TPUs are prepared by one‐step, solvent‐free reactive melt processing using phosphate‐ or phosphonate‐containing diols and PEG or PPG soft segments. Fire behavior and mechanical response depend strongly on both chemistries. Peak heat release rate decreases by up to 54%, but reduced tensile strength and V‐2 dripping behavior reveal a ...
