Accenture-NVS1: A Novel View Synthesis Dataset
This paper introduces ACC-NVS1, a specialized dataset designed for research on Novel View Synthesis specifically for airborne and ground imagery. Data for ACC-NVS1 was collected in Austin, TX and Pittsburgh, PA in 2023 and 2024. The collection encompasses six diverse real-world scenes captured from both airborne and ground cameras, resulting in a total

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

STs-NeRF: Novel View Synthesis of Space Targets Based on Improved Neural Radiance Fields
Since Neural Radiation Field (NeRF) was first proposed, a large number of studies dedicated to them have emerged. These fields achieved very good results in their respective contexts, but they are not sufficiently practical for our project. If we want to

Evaluation of learning-based techniques in novel view synthesis [PDF]
. Novel view synthesis is a long-standing topic at the intersection of computer vision and computer graphics, where the fundamental goal is to synthesize an image from a novel viewpoint given a sparse set of reference images.

Reconstructing enzyme evolution by protein engineering
Natural enzyme evolution can be retraced by protein engineering methods such as directed evolution, rational design, and ancestral sequence reconstruction. These approaches reveal how enzymes emerged from ligand‐binding scaffolds, developed varying substrate preferences, formed oligomeric complexes, adapted to environmental changes, and evolved novel ...

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

Efficient and Spatially Aware 3D Gaussian Splatting for Compact Large-Scale Scene Reconstruction
While 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) has significantly advanced large-scale 3D reconstruction and novel view synthesis, it still suffers from high memory consumption and slow training speed.

Structure‐forward targeting of claudins with synthetic binders
Claudins form the paracellular barriers between epithelial and endothelial tissues at tight junctions and are targets for molecular binders with the goal of modulating barrier permeability. Claudin‐binding molecules are relevant in drug delivery or in altering claudin interactions with disease‐causing proteins.

Skel3D: Skeleton Guided Novel View Synthesis
In this paper, we present an approach for monocular open-set novel view synthesis (NVS) that leverages object skeletons to guide the underlying diffusion model. Building upon a baseline that utilizes a pre-trained 2D image generator, our method takes advantage of the Objaverse dataset, which includes animated objects with bone structures.
