On the Vulnerabilities of the Northern Sea Route’s Maritime Transportation System
This study analyses several vulnerabilities in the maritime transportation system of the Northern Sea Route (NSR). The vulnerabilities discussed are already impacting transport and logistics operations on the NSR.

Electrocardiogram Characteristics and Outcomes in an Adult Congenital Heart Disease Population
The electrocardiogram (ECG) is a low‐cost, readily available test that can detect dysrhythmia, chamber enlargement, and ischemia in heart disease patients. ECG features and changes over time are linked to adverse cardiac events and mortality in congenital heart disease populations. Further research is needed to develop ECG‐based risk models.

Cytokine secretion by NSR-infected DCs.
Supernatants of infected or control-treated DCs were harvested at 24 hpi and analysed with a luminex-based cytokine assay. Bars represent the mean cytokine concentrations ± SD of triplicates with cells from one donor.

Incident Risk Prediction for Global Maritime Networks Under a Changing Climate
ABSTRACT Maritime risk is a fundamental component of operational cost and decision‐making in global container shipping, yet quantitative, route‐comparable risk estimates, especially in monetary terms and under future climate conditions, remain limited.

Relay Approach: A Convergent Synthesis of Key Fragments en route to (+)‐Neosorangicin A
A selective synthesis of three key fragments of the antibiotically active (+)‐neosorangicin A is reported, providing a foundation for its convergent total synthesis and proof of strategy via a relay approach. ABSTRACT Herein, we report the synthesis of the three key fragments of the macrolide antibiotic (+)‐neosorangicin A, a compound exhibiting potent

Correlation between the NSR and the cell size.
(a) σ = 150 and N varies; (b) N = 10,000 and σ varies. The gray area represents the range of multiple experimental results and red lines mark the average value. The dotted lines mark the first local minimum NSR.
