Spatial Contributions to Nuclear Magnetic Shieldings [PDF]
We develop a methodology for calculating, analyzing, and visualizing nuclear magnetic shielding densities which are calculated from the current density via the Biot–Savart relation. Atomic contributions to nuclear magnetic shielding constants can be estimated within our framework with a Becke partitioning scheme.

Nuclear Dipole Moments and Shielding Constants of Light Nuclei Measured in Magnetic Fields
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is a branch of spectroscopy commonly used for identifying the chemical structure of various materials. One of the areas in which NMR provides accurate data is the determination of nuclear magnetic moments.

Nuclear magnetic shielding in HD and HT
We perform a calculation of the nuclear magnetic shielding in HD and HT molecules, with complete and perturbative accounts for nuclear masses. From the difference in shielding, we obtain the deuteron and triton magnetic moments in agreement with the CODATA value, with the accuracy limited only by nuclear magnetic resonance measurements.

Probing Nuclear Dipole Moments and Magnetic Shielding Constants through 3-Helium NMR Spectroscopy
Multinuclear NMR studies of the gaseous mixtures that involve volatile compounds and 3He atoms are featured in this review. The precise analyses of 3He and other nuclei resonance frequencies show linear dependencies on gas density.

Passive and active shielding against electromagnetic radiation [PDF]
In nuclear physics experiments, it is very important to isolate the measured quantities from electromagnetic noise. Without this possibility, it is impossible to obtain usable experimental results since natural electromagnetic noise can be ...
