Neutron star is an important object for us to verify the equation of state of hadronic matter. For a specific choice of equations of state, mass and radius of a neutron star are determined, for which there are constraints from observations.

ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

High-precision QEC values of superallowed 0+→0+ β-emitters 46Cr, 50Fe and 54Ni
Short-lived 46Cr, 50Fe and 54Ni were studied by isochronous mass spectrometry at the HIRFL-CSR facility in Lanzhou. The measured precision mass excesses (ME) of 46Cr, 50Fe and 54Ni are −29471(11) keV, −34477(6) keV and −39278(4) keV, respectively.

Tripartite entanglement and quantum correlation
We provide an analytical tripartite-study from the generalized R-matrix. It provides the upper bound of the maximum violation of Mermin’s inequality. For a generic 2-qubit pure state, the concurrence or R-matrix characterizes the maximum violation of ...

Mapping the evolution of mitochondrial complex I through structural variation
Respiratory complex I (CI) is crucial for bioenergetic metabolism in many prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It is composed of a conserved set of core subunits and additional accessory subunits that vary depending on the organism. Here, we categorize CI subunits from available structures to map the evolution of CI across eukaryotes. Respiratory complex I (CI)

Nuclear matter from nuclear collisions [PDF]
Abstract The properties of nuclear matter at T ≤ 100 MeV are discussed in the light of recent experimental data on nuclear collisions from a few tens AMeV up to a few AGeV incident energy.

Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC) infects the human intestinal epithelium, resulting in severe illness and diarrhoea. In this study, we compared the infection of cancer‐derived cell lines with human organoid‐derived models of the small intestine. We observed a delayed in attachment, inflammation and cell death on primary cells, indicating that host ...

Hyperonic Interactions in Neutron Stars
The matter of neutron stars is characterised by the density of the order of typical nuclear densities; hence, it can be described with methods of nuclear physics.

Scalarization of neutron stars with realistic equations of state
We consider the effect of scalarization on static and slowly rotating neutron stars for a wide variety of realistic equations of state, including pure nuclear matter, nuclear matter with hyperons, hybrid nuclear and quark matter, and pure quark matter ...
