Distributed Computing Algorithm of Nuclear Norm Minimization for Low-Rank Matrix Completion
This paper investigates a low-rank matrix completion problem aimed at recovering missing entries in large-scale matrices. While low-rank matrix completion has been widely studied and successfully applied in areas such as collaborative filtering, image ...

Ensemble Dictionary Learning for Single Image Deblurring via Low-Rank Regularization
Sparse representation is a powerful statistical technique that has been widely utilized in image restoration applications. In this paper, an improved sparse representation model regularized by a low-rank constraint is proposed for single image deblurring.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Enhanced PSSV for Incomplete Data Analysis
Partial Sum Minimization of Singular Values (PSSV) is a powerful tool for image denoising, matrix completion and recovering underlying low-rank structure from the corrupted data via Partial Sum Minimization of Singular Values. However, the performance of

RoundMi: A quantitative method to analyze mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells
RoundMi is a workflow for rapid analysis of mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells. By combining adaptive preprocessing with automated segmentation and quantification, it enables accurate measurements from single focal plane images, reducing acquisition time and computational demands while remaining compatible with high‐throughput fixed and live ...

Tensor Completion Using Spectral $(k,p)$ -Support Norm
In this paper, the goal is to reconstruct a tensor, i.e., a multi-dimensional array, when only subsets of its entries are observed. For well-posedness, the tensor is assumed to have a low-Tucker-rank structure.

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

Accelerated Low-Rank Tensor Completion via Projected Tensor Block Coordinate Descent
The low-rank tensor completion problem aims to find a low-rank approximation of a tensor by filling in missing entries from partially observed entries to enhance the accuracy of the tensor data analysis.
