TFE3‐Rearranged PEComa(‐Like Neoplasm) of the Chest Wall Diagnosed by Fine‐Needle Aspiration: A Case Report

open access: yesDiagnostic Cytopathology, Volume 54, Issue 1, Page E1-E5, January 2026.
ABSTRACT We report a rare TFE3‐rearranged perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa) of the parasternal chest wall diagnosed preoperatively by fine‐needle aspiration (FNA) cytology. The smears and cell block showed epithelioid cells with clear to granular cytoplasm and prominent nucleoli.

Engineering Gossypol‐Free Cottonseeds for Future Global Food Security and Agricultural Sustainability

open access: yesFood Frontiers, Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2026.
This study depicting the role of transcriptomics, RNA interference (RNAi), and CRISPR/Cas9 technologies in the breeding of glandless cottonseed and glanded cotton tissues. This approach demonstrates the potential of cotton as a dual‐purpose crop, serving both the fiber industry and as a sustainable food and feed source.

Pathology of a Canine Model of Localized Prostate Carcinoma

open access: yesThe Prostate, Volume 86, Issue 1, Page 65-83, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Dogs spontaneously develop prostate carcinoma (PC) and share prostate gland anatomy, physiology, and size to men. Over the last 15 years, we have developed and refined a canine model of focal PC to evaluate therapeutic‐diagnostic (theranostic) interventions.

Pd(II) Complexes of Schiff Base Ligands Derived From 4‐Aminoantipyrine: Synthesis, Characterization, Crystal Structure and Acute Toxicity Evaluation

open access: yesChemistrySelect, Volume 11, Issue 1, 8 January 2026.
Palladium(II) complexes (1–6) with Schiff bases (HL1–HL6) were synthesized and characterized using different spectroscopic methods. The molecular structures of ligands HL1, HL3, HL6 and complexes 1, 2, 3, 6 were determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The toxicity of the compounds was assessed on both plant and animal cells.
