Deciphering the Transcription Factor Landscape in Prostate Cancer Progression: A Novel Approach to Understand NE Transdifferentiation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study deciphers the landscapes of lineage‐related transcription factors in prostatic adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine prostate cancer using an innovative approach. These findings, validated across cohorts, highlight TFs' roles in cell development and offer novel therapeutic targets.

DNA damage and transcription stress cause ATP-mediated redesign of metabolism and potentiation of anti-oxidant buffering

open access: yesNature Communications, 2019
ERCC1 is involved in a number of DNA repair pathways including nucleotide excision repair. Here the authors showed that reduced transcription in Ercc1-deficient mouse livers and cells increases ATP levels, suppressing glycolysis and rerouting glucose ...

GRP78 Nanobody‐Directed Immunotoxin Activates Innate Immunity Through STING Pathway to Synergize Tumor Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A GRP78 nanobody‐directed immunotoxin suppresses cancer progression and metastasis by enhancing antitumor immunity via STING pathway activation, offering a pan‐cancer‐targeted approach and immunotherapy combination strategy. Abstract The lack of targetable antigens poses a significant challenge in developing effective cancer‐targeted therapies.

Quantitative Super‐Resolution Imaging of Molecular Tension

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Quantitative tension PAINT (qtPAINT) is a new method to quantify molecular tension at super‐resolution by exploiting force‐dependent DNA oligonucleotide dissociation kinetics. Combining hairpin tension probes and molecular‐beacon imagers, qtPAINT achieves 9–30 pN continuous force quantification range with 30–120 nm spatial and minute‐scale temporal ...

Explicit Wodzicki excision in cyclic homology [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2013
Assuming local one-sided units exist, I give an elementary proof of Wodzicki excision for cyclic homology. The proof is also constructive and provides an explicit inverse excision map. As far as I know, the latter is new.

GDC: Integration of Multi‐Omic and Phenotypic Resources to Unravel the Genetic Pathogenesis of Hearing Loss

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Overview of the Genetic Deafness Commons (GDC), integrating data from the Chinese Deafness Genetics Consortium (CDGC) and 51 public databases. The GDC provides tools for variant search, functional predictions, and gene‐disease visualization, offering insights into 201 hearing loss genes and facilitating novel gene discovery and clinical applications ...
