ABSTRACT Background Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) has been identified as a type I carcinogen and contributes to a high rate of gastric cancer (GC), especially in Eastern Asia. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) have the potential to be used to detect various cancer types and diseases. However, the protein markers in EVs for the prognosis of H.

Transcription Kinetics in the Coronavirus Life Cycle
The steps involved in a Coronavirus infection are interconnected and exhibit complex kinetics, with some processes depending on each other, while others occur independently. Understanding the basic kinetics of major processes like translation, transcription, and virion assembly in the Coronavirus life cycle adds temporal resolution to the classical ...

Adaptor‐Mediated Trafficking of Tank Binding Kinase 1 During Diverse Cellular Processes
TBK1 and its adaptor signaling play a crucial role in diverse biological processes, including innate immunity, selective autophagy, and mitosis. ABSTRACT The serine/threonine kinase, Tank Binding Kinase 1 (TBK1), drives distinct cellular processes like innate immune signaling, selective autophagy, and mitosis. It is suggested that the translocation and

Background:Klebsiella mr‐1S, a newly emerging pathogen that poses a substantial threat to public health by inducing severe infectious diseases, has been detected in Macrobrachium rosenbergii for the first time in our prior investigation. Given its potential for environmental adaptation and genomic evolution, this study aims to delve into these aspects ...

The landscape of Arabidopsis tRNA aminoacylation
SUMMARY The function of transfer RNAs (tRNAs) depends on enzymes that cleave primary transcript ends, add a 3′ CCA tail, introduce post‐transcriptional base modifications, and charge (aminoacylate) mature tRNAs with the correct amino acid. Maintaining an available pool of the resulting aminoacylated tRNAs is essential for protein synthesis.
