A novel workflow for investigating hydride vapor phase epitaxy for GaN bulk crystal growth is proposed. It combines Design of experiments (DoE) with physical simulations of mass transport and crystal growth kinetics, serving as an intermediate step between DoE and experiments.

Enhanced Strength and Corrosion Resistance of Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn Alloy by Aging Treatment
This work systematically investigates the effect of aging treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of vacuum arc‐melted Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn alloy. Owing to the increased α″ martensite, strength and corrosion resistance were significantly enhanced by aging treatment.

Implementation of the Number Theoretic Transform

Random Residue Sequences and the Number Theoretic Hilbert Transform
This paper presents random residue sequences derived from the number theoretic Hilbert (NHT) transform and their correlation properties. The autocorrelation of a NHT derived sequence is zero for all non-zero shifts which illustrates that these are self-orthogonal sequences.

In Situ Micromechanical Study of Bimodal γ′–γ″ Precipitate Assemblies in Ni–Cr–Al–Nb Superalloy
A Ni–Cr–Al–Nb superalloy with a bimodal γ′–γ″ precipitate distribution is developed. Composite precipitate assemblies form through heterogeneous nucleation, effectively impeding dislocation motion. Micropillar compression reveals high strength at room and elevated temperatures, governed by precipitate shearing, with coupled faulting mechanisms ...

Knowledge‐based atomistic workflows are presented for mechanical and thermodynamic properties. By coupling modular simulations with ontology‐aligned metadata and provenance, Fe case studies on elastic behavior, defects, thermal properties, and Hall–Petch strengthening reveal how FAIR, queryable, and reusable simulation data can be generated. Mechanical

Efficient implementation for BFV fully homomorphic encryption algorithm based on Zynq platform
An efficient implementation scheme for the BFV fully homomorphic encryption algorithm was proposed on the Zynq platform. This scheme effectively integrated the negative wrapped convolution with the number theoretic transform (NTT) algorithm, optimizing ...
