Simple Left-Right Theory: Lepton Number Violation at the LHC
We propose a simple left-right symmetric theory where the neutrino masses are generated at the quantum level. In this context the neutrinos are Majorana fermions and the model has the minimal degrees of freedom in the scalar sector needed for symmetry ...

Fountains, histograms, and q-identities [PDF]
We solve the recursion S_n=S_n-1-q^nS_n-p, both, explicitly, and in the limit for n→∞, proving in this way a formula due to Merlini and Sprugnoli. It is also discussed how computer algebra could be applied.

On the generalized exponential sums and their fourth power mean
The main purpose of this article is to study the calculating problem of the fourth power mean of the two-term exponential sums and provide an accurate calculating formula for utilizing analytical methods and character sums’ properties. In the meantime, a

The paper deals with decidability of sets definable by formulas \(P(F=0)\) where P is a quantifier prefix and F is a polynomial. Main tool is a theorem by \textit{A. Schinzel} [Selected topics on polynomials (1982; Zbl 0487.12002)] concerning a polynomial X(ṯ) such that F(X(ṯ),ṯ)\(=0\) if F has too many zeros.

Aβ42 promotes the aggregation of α‐synuclein splice isoforms via heterogeneous nucleation
The aggregation of amyloid‐β (Aβ) and α‐synuclein (αSyn) is associated with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. This study reveals that Aβ aggregates serve as potent nucleation sites for the aggregation of αSyn and its splice isoforms, shedding light on the intricate interplay between these two pathogenic proteins.

On the power sums problem of bi-periodic Fibonacci and Lucas polynomials
This paper mainly discussed the power sums of bi-periodic Fibonacci and Lucas polynomials. In addition, we generalized these results to obtain several congruences involving the divisible properties of bi-periodic Fibonacci and Lucas polynomials.
