Supertasks and numeral systems [PDF]
Physical supertasks are completed, infinite sequences of events or interactions that occur within a finite amount of time. Examples thereof have been constructed to show that infinite physical systems may violate conservation laws. It is shown in this paper that this conclusion may be critically sensitive to a selection of numeral system.

Exploring Neutrosophic Numeral System Algorithms for Handling Uncertainty and Ambiguity in Numerical Data: An Overview and Future Directions [PDF]
The Neutrosophic Numeral System Algorithms are a set of techniques designed to handle uncertainty and ambiguity in numerical data. These algorithms use Neutrosophic Set Theory, a mathematical framework that deals with incomplete, indeterminate, and ...

A Conjecture on Numeral Systems
A numeral system is an infinite sequence of different closed normal $λ$-terms intended to code the integers in $λ$-calculus. H. Barendregt has shown that if we can represent, for a numeral system, the functions : Successor, Predecessor, and Zero Test, then all total recursive functions can be represented.

Children, algorithm and the decimal numeral system [PDF]
A large number of studies in Mathematics Education approach some possible problems in the study of algorithms in the early school years of arithmetic teaching. However, this discussion is not exhausted.

Towards reconstructing the numeral classifier system of Proto-Tivoid
The Tivoid subgroup of Bantoid presents an evolving numeral classifier system with restricted lexical coverage, as attested for a number of various subgroups of the Benue Congo languages of Nigeria and Cameroon (Kießling 2018).

Numeral Classifiers in Tai Lue (Xishuangbanna) [PDF]
The Tai Lue language has a complex numeral classifier system in common with other Southeast Asian languages. Using data from a 344,000-word corpus of Tai Lue texts, this paper catalogues Tai Lue numeral classifiers and the constructions in which they ...

A numeral system for the middle-levels graphs
A sequence S of restricted-growth strings unifies the presentation of middle-levels graphs Mk as follows, for 0 < k ∈ Z. Recall Mk is the subgraph in the Hasse diagram of the Boolean lattice 2[2k+1] induced by the k- and (k+1)-levels.
