ABSTRACT Understanding how pancreas size and shape change with normal aging is critical for establishing a baseline to detect deviations in type 2 diabetes and other pancreatic disease. We measure pancreas size and shape using morphological measurements from early development through aging (ages 0–90).

Restricted Tweedie stochastic block models
Abstract The stochastic block model (SBM) is a widely used framework for community detection in networks, where the network structure is typically represented by an adjacency matrix. However, conventional SBMs are not directly applicable to an adjacency matrix that consists of nonnegative zero‐inflated continuous edge weights.

Ngos' Contributions to Innovation: Innovation Enablers or Lead Innovators?
ABSTRACT This study explores how non‐governmental organisations (NGOs) engage with innovation processes. Drawing on a comparative case study of two NGOs working in water sustainability, the paper analyses NGO involvement across seven stages of the innovation process.

An implementation of a broadband model for the generation of an accurate time‐domain description of parasitic elements from frequency‐domain electromagnetic (EM) simulator results is proposed. It is designed to work simultaneously at low and high frequencies, bypassing EM simulators limitations, validating it against measurement and presenting a ...

TimeFlow 2: An Unsupervised Cell Lineage Detection Method for Flow Cytometry Data
TimeFlow 2 is a new method for cell lineage inference in flow cytometry data. It constructs cell state paths along pseudotime and aggregates them into biologically informative groups. It allows tracking of cytometry markers within each automatically inferred lineage.
