A reliable method for the space-time fractional Burgers and time-fractional Cahn-Allen equations via the FRDTM

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2017
We propose a new method called the fractional reduced differential transform method (FRDTM) to solve nonlinear fractional partial differential equations such as the space-time fractional Burgers equations and the time-fractional Cahn-Allen equation.

An efficient numerical approach for space fractional partial differential equations

open access: yesAlexandria Engineering Journal, 2020
In this research work, authors are aiming to present a computational model based on hybrid B-spline collocation method (HBCM) to solve Space Fractional Partial Differential Equation (SFPDE).

Global extrapolation procedures for linear partial differential equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 1987
Global extrapolation procedures, in space and time are considered for the numerical Solution of linear partial differential equations. Global extrapolation procedures in time only are reviewed.

Tumor and germline testing with next generation sequencing in epithelial ovarian cancer: a prospective paired comparison using an 18‐gene panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Genetic testing in epithelial ovarian cancer includes both germline and tumor‐testing. This approach often duplicates resources. The current prospective study assessed the feasibility of tumor‐first multigene testing by comparing tumor tissue with germline testing of peripheral blood using an 18‐gene NGS panel in 106 patients.

Glycosylated LGALS3BP is highly secreted by bladder cancer cells and represents a novel urinary disease biomarker

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Urinary LGALS3BP is elevated in bladder cancer patients compared to healthy controls as detected by the 1959 antibody–based ELISA. The antibody shows enhanced reactivity to the high‐mannose glycosylated variant secreted by cancer cells treated with kifunensine (KIF).

Adaptive Wavelet Precise Integration Method for Nonlinear Black-Scholes Model Based on Variational Iteration Method

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
An adaptive wavelet precise integration method (WPIM) based on the variational iteration method (VIM) for Black-Scholes model is proposed. Black-Scholes model is a very useful tool on pricing options.

A Class of Block Multi-derivative Numerical Techniques for Singular Advection Equations

open access: yesJournal of Nigerian Society of Physical Sciences, 2019
The integration of some differential equations is hard to acquire because of the presence of singular point(s) in these equations. These equations are best solved by some unique technique.

CDK11 inhibition induces cytoplasmic p21WAF1 splice variant by p53 stabilisation and SF3B1 inactivation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CDK11 inhibition stabilises the tumour suppressor p53 and triggers the production of an alternative p21WAF1 splice variant p21L, through the inactivation of the spliceosomal protein SF3B1. Unlike the canonical p21WAF1 protein, p21L is localised in the cytoplasm and has reduced cell cycle‐blocking activity.

Nonlinear elliptic problems with the method of finite volumes

open access: yesDifferential Equations and Nonlinear Mechanics, 2006
We present a finite volume discretization of the nonlinear elliptic problems. The discretization results in a nonlinear algebraic system of equations.
