Advanced Science, EarlyView.During NETosis, neutrophils shift metabolically toward enhanced OXPHOS and partially reduced glycolysis. This shift is driven by PDHA1 hyperactivity‐dependent selective metabolic reprogramming. The neutrophil‐targeted nanoparticle 3‑FP‑BSA NPs effectively inhibit NETosis and attenuate ALI.
