Influence of Region, Harvest Year, and Variety on Stable Isotope Characterization of Xinjiang Rice From China

Xinjiang rice isotopic differences were influenced by region, harvest year, variety, with southern rice had more positive δ13C, δ2H and δ18O values than northern. This study provides the first Xinjiang rice traceability data, aiding China's national rice database.
