Proteogenomic Characterization Reveals Metabolic Vulnerabilities and Aberrant Phosphorylation in Colorectal Metastasis to Liver

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study provides a multi‐omics landscape of treatment‐naïve colorectal liver metastasis and reveals dysregulated molecules and cellular pathways. SHMT1 and NDRG1 Ser330 phosphorylation are demonstrated to display crucial roles in tumorigenesis and liver metastasis. Two proteomics subtypes (metabolism and RNA function) with distinct clinical outcomes

Rattan‐Based Solar Evaporator Hits 3.34 Kg·M−2·h−1 and Long‐Term Salt Resistance via Programmed Carbonization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A rattan‐based evaporator with bimodal hierarchical porous structures achieves an high evaporation rate of 3.34 kg m−2 h−1 under 1 sun illumination by optimizing the surface water layer, localizing heat, and reducing vaporization enthalpy. Abstract Global water scarcity urgently demands sustainable purification solutions.

Enhanced Selenium Supplement Extends Lifespan and Delays Multi‐Organs Aging by Regulating the Sik1 Pathway Through Maintaining Calcium Homeostasis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Aging involves physiological decline and heightened disease susceptibility, necessitating effective interventions. Redox‐responsive selenium‐loaded nanoparticles (SeMSNs) are developed, which delay cellular senescence by reducing oxidative stress and senescence markers (p16/p21). In aged mice, SeMSNs extend lifespan, improve organ function, and restore
