Structure of the O16 polysaccharide from Escherichia coli O16:K1: An NMR investigation

Carbohydrate Research, 1994
The polysaccharide moiety of the O16 antigen (lipopolysaccharide) consists of D-glucopyranose, D-galactofuranose, L-rhamnopyranose, and 2-acetamido-2-deoxy-D-glucopyranose in the molar ratios 1:1:1:1. It is O-acetylated with one acetyl group per repeating unit.

O16+O16 elastic scattering

Nuclear Physics, 1962
Abstract Differential cross sections for the elastic scattering of 9.65, 7.37 and 5.66 MeV/amu oxygen ions from a gaseous oxygen target have been measured over a range of laboratory angles from about 2° to 11°, with a relative precision of 4% and an estimated absolite precision (at 9.65 MeV/amu only) of 15%.
