H5 BW12 O40 as a green and efficient homogeneous but recyclable catalyst in the synthesis of 4H -Pyrans via multicomponent reaction

Applied organometallic chemistry, 2018
Keggin-type heteropolyacid, H5BW12O40 (BWA) with a higher negative charge and stronger Brønsted acidity comparing to Si and P derivatives was used as an efficient, green, and reusable catalyst in a three-component reaction involving the cyclocondensation

Preparation and photocatalytic activity of [PW Mo12−O40]3−/TiO2 hybrid film composites

Applied Catalysis A: General, 2010
Abstract Keggin ions (PW 12 O 40 3− (PW 12 ), PW 6 Mo 6 O 40 3− (PW 6 Mo 6 ), PMo 12 O 40 3− (PMo 12 )) and TiO 2 hybrid thin films were prepared using the layer-by-layer (LBL) method. Their photocatalytic activities were investigated using gaseous 2-propanol (IPA) decomposition. All films were transparent in the visible wavelength range. From

Magnetic and electrical properties of bismuth cobaltite Bi24(CoBi)O40 with charge ordering

Physics of the Solid State, 2012
The compound Bi24(CoBi)O40 has been synthesized using the solid-phase reaction method. The temperature and field dependences of the magnetic moment in the temperature range 4 K < T < 300 K and the temperature dependences of the EPR line width and g-factor at temperatures 80 K < T < 300 K have been investigated.

Structure of a lactic acid ether-containing and glycerol phosphate-containing O-polysaccharide from Proteus mirabilis O40

Carbohydrate Research, 2005
An O-polysaccharide was isolated by mild acid hydrolysis from the lipopolysaccharide of Proteus mirabilis O40 and studied by NMR spectroscopy, including 2D 1H, 1H COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, and 1H, 13C HMQC experiments, along with chemical methods. The polysaccharide was found to contain an ether of GlcNAc with lactic acid and glycerol phosphate in the main ...

Preparation and voltammetric characterization of Keggin-type tungstovanadate [VW12O40]3− and [V(VW11)O40]4− complexes

Inorganica Chimica Acta, 2003
Abstract A 12-tungstovanadate complex, [VW 12 O 40 ] 3− was prepared as the tetrabutylammonium (n-Bu 4 N + ) salt by heating a 50 mM (M=mol dm −3 ) W(VI)–50 mM V(V)–1.5 M HCl–80% (v/v) CH 3 CN system at 70 °C for 24 h. The α-Keggin structure was confirmed by 183 W NMR spectroscopy.
