Gastroplasty in Morbid Obesity
Surgical Clinics of North America, 1979Gastroplasty is effective only when a small fundic reservoir is formed with a nonexpanding 12-mm channel. Candidates for gastroplasty should be carefully screened before surgery and given support and nutritional education after surgery.
