Conceptual modelling and the quality of ontologies: A comparison between object-role modelling and the object paradigm [PDF]
Ontologies are key enablers for sharing precise and machine-understandable semantics among different applications and parties. Yet, for ontologies to meet these expectations, their quality must be of a good standard.

Chuidere il Loop : I generi e l’oggetto quadruplo [Clossing the loop: genres and the four-fold object] [PDF]
Of the four types of experience available to objects in Graham Harman’s four-fold model of the object, one of them—intellectual speculation on an intended object’s real or invariant qualities—is only available to humans.

Hijacked and educated by HNSCC cells, HLA‐DR+ Schwann cells lost their normal neural‐related functions but acquired immunoregulatory phenotypes to promote CD4+ T cells transform into Tregs. HLA‐DR+ Schwann cells induced a macrophage subpopulation, Il1β.

BackgroundApplication oriented ontologies are important for reliably communicating and managing data in databases. Unfortunately, they often differ in the definitions they use and thus do not live up to their potential.

GOMS: Large-scale ontology management system using graph databases
Large-scale ontology management is one of the main issues when using ontology data practically. Although many approaches have been proposed in relational database management systems (RDBMSs) or object-oriented DBMSs (OODBMSs) to develop large-scale ...

Electric field‑driven continuous gradient hydrogel GHZF4 achieves spatiotemporal growth factor release, modulates immune microenvironment, angiogenesis and osteochondral differentiation. It realizes cell‑free functional osteochondral repair in rat/rabbit models, offering a promising biomimetic strategy for gradient tissue regeneration.

Ontology-based domain modelling for consistent content change management [PDF]
Ontology-based modelling of multi-formatted software application content is a challenging area in content management. When the number of software content unit is huge and in continuous process of change, content change management is important.

An Ontological Behavioral Modeling Approach With SHACL, SPARQL, and RDF Applied to Smart Grids
Every engineering process, especially software, involves two complementary aspects: structural and behavioral. Behavior is, in essence, transforming the structure associated with the system.

A novel exercise‐inducible myokine acidic ribosomal protein P2 (RPLP2), initially identified from human trials, is presented here, whose circulating levels negatively correlate with clinical anxiety severity. Muscle‐derived RPLP2 enhances hippocampal ribosomal assembly and adult neurogenesis to rescue stress‐induced anxiety deficits.
