Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) accounts for over 50% of the global cathode market, underscoring the need for efficient recycling and regeneration. We propose a dual‐salt carbothermal shock (CTS) strategy using LiI and NaI to in situ repair Li vacancies.

The Excess Demand for Subsidized Child Care in Germany [PDF]
The extension of subsidized child care is currently on the top of the political agenda in Germany. In this paper the excess demand for subsidized child care slots is estimated using a partial observability model in the style of Abowd and Farber (1982 ...

Near‐Infrared Light‐Driven Zn/Au Janus Micromotors for Multiplex SERS Detection of Anticancer Drugs
Zn/Au Janus micromotors, propelled by thermophoretic effects under NIR light, function as active SERS platforms for single and multiplex detection of anticancer drugs. Their dynamic motion enhances analyte exchange at the Au interface, reducing saturation and competitive adsorption, thereby improving sensitivity and extending the linear detection range.

Bagwell's paradox, forward induction and outside option games [PDF]
In Stackelberg-like games there is an advantage of moving first. However, Bagwell (1995) shows that this result may not hold if the second player can make only imperfect observations.

Functional Observability, Structural Functional Observability and Optimal Sensor Placement
In this paper, new characterizations for functional observability, functional detectability, and structural functional observability (SFO) are developed, and based on them, the related optimal sensor placement problems are investigated.

Observability of viscoelastic fluids [PDF]
The article of record as published may be located at http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.jnnfm.2010.01.025We apply the observability rank condition to study the observability of various viscoelastic fluids under imposed shear or extensional flows.

Potassium–sulfur batteries are investigated using UV–vis spectroscopy to track the evolution of potassium polysulfide species at elevated temperature. The study reveals sulfur radical anions as key intermediates and shows how solvent composition and cell design influence polysulfide stability, redox behavior, and cycling performance, providing insights

Commitment and Observability in an Economic Environment [PDF]
Bagwell (1995) argues that commitment in undermined by the slightest imperfectness in observation. Guth, Ritzberger & Kirchsteiger (1998) question this assertion: for any finite leader-follower game, with arbitrary many players in each role and generic ...
