CH4 Decomposition on Nickel Phyllosilicate: Switching from Tip to Base Growth of Carbon Nanotubes

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Nickel phyllosilicate is an excellent catalyst precursor for CH4 decomposition, forming small and strongly anchored nickel nanoparticles that promote base‐growth of carbon nanotubes and hydrogen production. The catalyst resists sintering at even 750 °C.

Small and Stable Pancreatic Cysts Are Reassuring During Surveillance: Results From the PACYFIC Trial

open access: yesUnited European Gastroenterology Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Pancreatic cysts are increasingly discovered on imaging studies performed for unrelated conditions. Currently, surveillance of these lesions poses a substantial burden on patients, and health care recourses. We hypothesized that individuals with small and stable cysts have a diminutive risk of progressing to high‐grade dysplasia ...

Balloon Catheter Versus Drill Dilator for EUS‐Guided Hepaticogastrostomy Stent Placement: A Randomized Clinical Trial

open access: yesUnited European Gastroenterology Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objectives A novel partially self‐expandable metal stent (PCSEMS) with an anti‐migration system has recently become available during Endoscopic ultrasound‐guided hepaticogastrostomy (EUS‐HGS) but requires tract dilation. No previous study has compared the performance of dilation devices during EUS‐HGS.
