This work introduces a theragenerative 3D‐printed biodegradable stent with Janus nanoarchitecture for spatially controlled vascular healing. A luminal tantalum ion–implanted surface accelerates endothelialization and hemocompatibility, while an abluminal sirolimus/poly‐L‐lactic acid–tantalum layer provides sustained drug release and suppresses smooth ...

ABSTRACT Neonatal limb gangrene with auto‐amputation is rare and often idiopathic. Early recognition, prompt referral, and thorough etiologic workup—despite resource limitations—are critical. Wet gangrene requires broad‐spectrum antibiotics, wound care, and timely surgical amputation to preserve growth plates and allow future prosthesis fitting.

Wound management: the occlusive dressing.
Superficial wounds resulting from athletic injury are common in sports medicine. Although such wounds can be quite painful, they are usually merely inconvenient to the athlete. If improperly managed, however, superficial wounds may heal slowly and cause unnecessary scar tissue proliferation at the wound site.

Formaldehyde Emissions From 2‐Octyl Cyanoacrylate: Quantified Risk for Allergic Contact Dermatitis
This study found that 2‐octyl cyanoacrylate skin adhesives release formaldehyde at levels up to 8.4× above EPA dermal thresholds and up to 2.41× above NIOSH airborne limits, producing exposures sufficient to provoke allergic and irritant contact dermatitis in patients.
