Unraveling Key m6A Modification Regulators Signatures in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis through Bioinformatics and Experimental Verification

open access: yesOrthopaedic Surgery, Volume 16, Issue 6, Page 1418-1433, June 2024.
The schematic demonstrates the role of YTHDF3 in regulating the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs during postmenopausal osteoporosis. As osteoporosis progresses, YTHDF3 expression is reduced, inhibiting BMSC proliferation and osteogenic differentiation through downregulating PCNA, RUNX2, and Osterix.
