[Retracted] Brain Network for Exploring the Change of Brain Neurotransmitter 5‐Hydroxytryptamine of Autism Children by Resting‐State EEG

open access: yesComputational and Mathematical Methods in Medicine, Volume 2022, Issue 1, 2022., 2022
The study was aimed at understanding the brain network and the change rule of brain neurotransmitter 5‐hydroxytryptamine (5‐HT) in autism children through resting‐state electroencephalogram (EEG). 20 autistic children in hospital were selected and defined as the observation group. Meanwhile, 20 healthy children were defined as the control group.

The “living of time”: Entangled temporalities of home and the city

open access: yesTransactions of the Institute of British Geographers, Volume 46, Issue 1, Page 149-162, March 2021., 2021
This paper explores the entanglements between urban and domestic temporalities in order to understand what it means to live in the city. Inspired by Andrea Zimmerman's 2015 film Estate: a reverie, and drawing on a series of home‐city biographies, this paper explores the “living of time” through the memories, experiences, and narratives of residents ...

A case study of biofilter activation and microbial nitrification in a marine recirculation aquaculture system for rearing Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L.)

open access: yesAquaculture Research, Volume 52, Issue 1, Page 94-104, January 2021., 2021
Abstract Marine recirculation aquaculture system (RAS) is a prominent technology within fish farming. However, the nitrifying bacteria in the biofilter have low growth rates, which can make the biofilter activation a long and delicate process with periods of low nitrification rates and variations in water quality.

Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy Diagnosis and Neovascular Activity Evaluation Using Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography

open access: yesBioMed Research International, Volume 2021, Issue 1, 2021., 2021
Purpose. To examine choroidal neovascularization (CNV) characteristics in patients with exudative age‐related macular degeneration (AMD) and polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV), using swept‐source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS‐OCTA), and investigate agreement with OCT B‐scan, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), and indocyanine ...

Hydrochemical Characteristics and Controlling Factors of Typical Dolomite Karst Basin in Humid Subtropical Zone

open access: yesGeofluids, Volume 2021, Issue 1, 2021., 2021
The hydrochemical characteristics and variation rules of water in karst areas are important for the basic research of karst field. Because only a few researches focused on the hydrochemical characteristics of humid subtropical dolomite karst basins in the past, the Shanmuhe Basin and its subbasin Huangzhouhe Basin in Shibing Dolomite Karst World ...
