Unity Quantum Yield of High‐Entropy Quantum Dots Composited With Photonic Crystals for Information Encryption

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study first extends the high‐entropy concept to I‐III‐VI quantum dots (QDs) and synthesizes CZCrGSe/ZnSe/ZnS core/shell/shell QDs with a record photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of 100%. Their ZnSe/ZnS double shell efficiently passivates defects and boosts structural stability.

Compte-rendu de l'ouvrage de Bénédicte DELIGNON : La morale de l’amour dans les Odes d’Horace : poésie, philosophie et politique, Paris, Sorbonne Université Presses, 2019. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2021
peer reviewedIn this book, Bénédicte Delignon shows that Horatius introduces a moral dimension in his Ods described as "erotica". According to her, it would have taken place in Augustus's project of redressing the Roman morality (the “mos maiorum”).

Bandgap‐Engineered PtxTey:Ag2Te Composite Quantum Dots Enable Programmable NIR‐II Imaging and Photothermal‐Immune Synergistic Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bandgap‐engineered PtxTey:Ag2Te quantum dot platform enables tunable NIR‐IIb emission for deep‐tissue imaging and mild photothermal therapy. Conjugation with αPD‐L1 confers dual tumor targeting and real‐time monitoring of PD‐L1 dynamics. Mild photothermal modulation induces immune reprogramming, enhancing checkpoint blockade efficacy and achieving ...

Engineered Optogenetic Circuits In Yeast with Self‐Sustained Outputs

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Optogenetic quorum‐sensing (OptoQS) circuit enables Saccharomyces cerevisiae to record transient light stimulus with self‐sustained outputs. Panel a indicates the design of the OptoQS circuit based on G‐protein coupled receptor (GPCR) signaling cascade. Panel b indicates the mode of action of surrogate messenger‐mediated signal transmission at the cell
