Hox Gene Variation Drives Morphological Specialization of Humpback Grouper Cromileptes altivelis

Cromileptes altivelis exhibits a distinctive “sunken head and humpback” morphology, formed through cranial remodeling. The Effects of Noise on the Juvenile Life Stage of Crustaceans: Behavioral, Cellular, and Molecular Responses in Procambarus clarkii

Fishing Activity Affected Odontocete Cetacean Distribution in a Marine Protected Area in the East China Sea

Spatiotemporal distribution of odontocete cetaceans within China's Jiushan Archipelago National Nature Reserve was investigated. Fishing vessels significantly reduced both cetacean acoustic detections and feeding activity, whereas gillnets selectively suppressed cetacean feeding behavior without affecting overall cetacean detection rates.
