ABSTRACT Background Although shifts in nasal microbiota have been well‐documented in inflammatory upper airway conditions, microbiota tumor‐associated alterations remain uncharacterized. This study is the first to compare sinonasal microbiota profiles of patients with malignant tumors (MT), benign tumors (BT), and controls, offering insights into tumor‐

From a synthesized series of 2,4‐diaminoquinazoline‐type Y5R ligands, three were prepared as tritium‐labeled compounds and characterized by saturation equilibrium binding at HEC‐1B‐hY5R cells. [3H]32 was further applied in a competition binding assay. High non‐specific binding of the radioligands prompted investigation of material‐dependent adsorption.

FMRP‐Mediated Proteasome Regulation: A Novel Mechanism in ALS Pathology
Schematic model of TDP‐43/TNKS‐mediated proteasome regulation in WT, FMRP‐depleted, and TDP‐43A315T‐Tg ALS neurons. In WT neurons, cytoplasmic TDP‐43 partially sequesters TNKS, maintaining balanced PI31 ribosylation and proteasome activity. FMRP depletion promotes nuclear translocation of TDP‐43, enhances TNKS/PI31 interaction, and increases axonal ...

Molecular Acrobats: How CHD Remodelers Shape the Genetic Playground to License Cell Identity
ABSTRACT In eukaryotes, DNA is not a naked repository of genetic information but is tightly wound around histone octamers to form nucleosomes. While this packaging solves the spatial problem of fitting 2 meters of DNA into a microscopic nucleus, it creates a massive accessibility problem for DNA‐templated events, including transcription, replication ...

AGGRESSIVE SALVAGE THERAPY OF OLFACTORY NEUROBLASTOMA CASE REPORT EXPERIENCE
Objective: Olfactory neuroblastoma (ONB) is a rare malignant neoplasm arising from the olfactory neuroepithelium. It accounts for 3–5% of all nasal and Sinonasal malignancies, with an incidence of approximately 0.4 cases per million.
