EGFR: New Insights on Its Activation and Mutation in Tumor and Tumor Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review provides new perspectives on EGFR's activation, mutations, and their impact on tumor immunotherapy. It summarizes how EGFR is activated and the current EGFR targeting strategy, evaluates their clinical outcomes in combination with immunotherapy, highlighting differential responses in tumors with EGFR wild‐type and different mutants.

Structurally Constrained Cyclic (Diacyloxyiodo)Arenes as an Enabling Platform for Hypervalent Iodine(III) Chemistry

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We developed cyclic (diacyloxyiodo)arenes to overcome the reactivity/selectivity paradox in iodine chemistry. This new platform enables simple, one‐pot synthesis of diverse hypervalent iodine(III) reagents. The method is sustainable, catalytic, works for asymmetric reactions, and is biocompatible (e.g., modifying peptides).

Synthesis of Poly(1,4‐anthraquinone) Using Catalytic Amounts of Nickel

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
P14AQ is an excellent battery electrode material, especially for multivalent battery cells. A new synthetic route is presented using stable and easy‐to‐handle dibromobis(triphenylphosphine)nickel(II) (NiBr2(PPh3)2) in catalytic amounts instead of stoichiometric amounts of air‐ and temperature‐sensitive bis(cyclooct‐1,5‐diene)nickel(0) (Ni(COD)2).

Volumetric Engineered 3D Drug Reservoir Against Diabetic Implant Infection via Cuproptosis‐Like Bacterial Death and Hunger‐Triggered Maintenance of Mitochondrial Integrity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study provides a volumetric engineered 3D drug reservoir to combat diabetic implant infection. Cu‐doped quantum dots induce cuproptosis‐like bacterial death via metabolic collapse, while glucose oxidase triggers hunger‐triggered mitochondrial protection in host cells.

Topological Vulcanization Strategy for Elastomeric Electrolytes with Enhanced Mechanical and Electrochemical Properties for Advanced Lithium Metal Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Elastomeric electrolytes (EEs) have garnered significant attention in the realm of energy storage system, attributed to their distinctive mechanical properties. In this study, we propose an innovative topological vulcanization stategy to fabricate uniformly crosslinked EEs.
