In Situ Polymerization Controlled Growth of Perovskite via Benzoic Acid Crosslinking Agent for Highly Efficient and Mechanically Robust Flexible Perovskite Solar Cell

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study proposes a novel strategy to improve the performance of perovskite solar cells through the incorporation of the crosslinking agent 4‐HBA into the perovskite layer. The multifunctional properties of 4‐HBA contribute to power conversion efficiencies of 24.76% for rigid devices and 22.73% for flexible devices, both exhibiting remarkable ...

Hydrogen‐Deuterium Exchange Mass Spectrometry for Molecular Glue Characterization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Molecular glues that stabilize protein–protein interactions are challenging to identify. Here, hydrogen‐deuterium exchange mass spectrometry can show and reveal gluing mechanisms that vary between protein binding partners. Abstract Molecular glues are powerful bioactive molecules that stabilize protein–protein interactions.

Dimer‐Specific FokT‐seq Reveals DNA‐Binding Dimerization and Novel Genomic Targets of TDP‐43

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Loss of TDP‐43 dimerization is implicated in ALS, yet its mechanistic role remains elusive. This study introduces FokT, a novel system that restores TDP‐43 dimerization to map its DNA targets via FokT‐seq. The findings uncover key binding sites and offer a versatile tool for exploring dimer‐dependent transcriptional regulation.

Mixed Lineage Kinase Domain‐Like Protein (MLKL): From Mechanisms to Therapeutic Opportunities

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The mixed lineage kinase domain‐like protein (MLKL) acts as the executioner in the necroptosis pathway, transitioning from an inactive to active state through phosphorylation, oligomerization, membrane recruitment, and membrane insertion, ultimately forming membrane hotpots.
