Circular Oligonucleotides: New Concepts in Oligonucleotide Design
Annual Review of Biophysics and Biomolecular Structure, 1996Recent progress in the synthesis and properties of circular oligonucleotides as ligands for DNA and RNA and as templates for polymerase enzymes is described. Small synthetic circular DNAs, RNAs, and chimeric analogues ranging from 28 to 74 nucleotides in size have been synthesized with the use of a nonenzymatic ligation strategy.

Therapeutic Applications Of Oligonucleotides
Annual Review of Pharmacology and Toxicology, 1992This review focuses strictly on the pharmacodynamic considerations of the use of oligonucleotides designed to interact with nucleic acids as therapeutics. The objectives are to place oligonucleotide therapeutics in the context of modern drug discovery and development and to summarize recent progress.

Oligonucleotide Microarrays: Immobilization of Phosphorylated Oligonucleotides on Epoxylated Surface
Bioconjugate Chemistry, 2006A facile and efficient method for direct immobilization of phosphorylated oligonucleotides on an epoxy-activated glass surface is described. The new immobilization strategy has been analyzed for its performance in DNA microarray under both microwave and thermal conditions.

Combinational synthesis of oligonucleotides and assembly fabrication of oligonucleotide array
Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces, 2005In this paper, a simple, reliable and flexible method, which integrated in situ synthesis with the spotting technique, was reported to fabricate oligonucleotide array. Different oligonucleotide sequences are synthesized on their relative code glass slides through combinational chemistry, thus the slides are broken into smaller pieces, in which the same
