Total amino acids in hydrolysates of the olive fruit fly, Dacus oleae, grown in an artificial diet and in olive fruits

Abstract Total amino acids were determined in hydrolysates of fully grown larvae and newly emerged adults of the olive fruit fly, Dacus oleae, taken from an artificial diet and from infested olive fruits. Eggs laid by adults reared artificially were also analysed for total amino acids.
