Somatic embryogenesis in Picea omorika (Panč.) Purk
Somatic embryogenesis in Picea omorika was successfully induced on LP medium supplemented with 10 uM 2, 4-D and 5 uM BA. Maturation was achieved on one half strength LP medium supplemented with 20 uM ABA.The prottein pattern of embryogenic callus culture showed two characteristic proteins that belongs to the storage protein group.
