An OMP Steganographic Algorithm Optimized by SFLA

International Journal of Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence, 2017
In this paper, we propose a novel steganographic method, which utilizes the sparsity and integrity of the image compressed sensing to reduce the risk of being detected by steganalysis. In the proposed algorithm, the message hiding process is integrated into the image sparse decomposition process without affecting the image perceptibility.

OMP-14

2014
OMP-14, the management procedure to be used to recommend total allowable catches (TACs) and bycatches (TABs) for sardine and anchovy in South African waters, was adopted by the Small Pelagic Scientific Working Group (SPSWG) at its meeting on 29th October 2014. This OMP is to be used to recommend catch and bycatch limits for 2015 to 2018, unless refined

Measures on a weakly orthocomplete OMP with a filtering sub-OMP

1998
Summary: Some convergence theorems are obtained for real valued additive functions defined on weakly orthocomplete OMPs (Ortho-Modular Posets). Moreover, some of their properties are studied using their restrictions to a filtering sub-OMP.

The Role of a Destabilized Membrane for OMP Insertion

2015
Here we describe the procedures used in our laboratory for the in vitro investigation of the apparent folding kinetics as well as the folding efficiencies of outer membrane proteins (OMPs). Because microbial OMPs display a change in their gel migration upon folding, the usage of traditional gel electrophoresis is a standard method of folding analysis ...

Interim OMP-13

2012
The management procedure used to recommend total allowable catches (TACs) and bycatches (TABs) for sardine and anchovy in South African waters is currently being revised. Given the extensive testing desired for this new management procedure, which among other factors includes taking account of the possibility of multiple sardine stocks and of the ...

Revised OMP-04

2005
The Operational Management Procedure currently used to set South African sardine and anchovy total allowable catches and sardine bycatches, OMP-04, was revised in early 2005. This was in response to a Supreme Court of Appeal ruling which referred the matter of the distribution of the pelagic TAC for the 2005 season back to the Department for fresh ...

Flexible Scheduling and the OMP

2016
By the late 1990s there was an increasing desire around the world to maximise telescope productivity by moving towards flexible, also called “queue”, scheduling. The objective was to reduce the weather lottery of rigidly scheduled nights and to take advantage of specific, but rare, conditions such as good seeing or high transparency at thermal infrared

Initial OMP results for the South Coast rock lobster resource OMP

2008
Some initial results following the development of an OMP framework for the management of South Coast rock lobster are presented here, corresponding to a constant catch scenario and runs of a CPUE-tuned-based feedback control rule. First though, the assumptions made for the OMP testing are listed below.

Final OMP simulation results for OMP 2015 for west coast rock lobster

2015
The results for OMP variants requested at the previous SWG meeting are reported. Adjusting the amount transferred from A8 to A56 results in satisfactory performance for a maximum TAC increase constraint in the 10-12% range. Tolerance allowances of 10% for the offshore fishing gives acceptable results, but not for the nearshore and IR sectors because ...
