Imaging of Omphalopagus: A Case Report

Omphalopagus is a form of conjoined twins with relatively good prognosis. In this rare congenital anomaly, the union of the twins starts at the lower part of the thorax and extends to the umbilical region. We relate the case of conjoined omphalopagus twins lately diagnosed by ultrasonography and foetal MRI at 28-weeks gestation.
