Wilms tumour treatment in Sudan: A 10‐year single‐centre experience
Cancer Reports, 2022 Background In Sudan, the survival of Wilms tumour was reported as 11% in a 2008 study. The impact of establishing paediatric oncology service on survival is studied, and the obstacles of treating Wilms tumour patients were identified.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.
