Multipair Massive MIMO Relaying Systems with One-Bit ADCs and DACs
This paper considers a multipair amplify-and-forward massive MIMO relaying system with one-bit ADCs and one-bit DACs at the relay. The channel state information is estimated via pilot training, and then utilized by the relay to perform simple maximum-ratio combining/maximum-ratio transmission processing.

One-bit ADCs in wideband massive MIMO systems with OFDM transmission
We investigate the performance of wideband massive MIMO base stations that use one-bit ADCs for quantizing the uplink signal. Our main result is to show that the many taps of the frequency-selective channel make linear combiners asymptotically consistent and the quantization noise additive and Gaussian, which simplifies signal processing and enables ...

On Multiterminal Communication over MIMO Channels with One-bit ADCs at the Receivers [PDF]
The fundamental limits of communication over multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) networks are considered when a limited number of one-bit analog to digital converters (ADC) are used at the receiver terminals. Prior works have mainly focused on point-to-point communications, where receiver architectures consisting of a concatenation of an analog ...

Amplitude Retrieval for Channel Estimation of MIMO Systems With One-Bit ADCs
This letter revisits the channel estimation problem for MIMO systems with one-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) through a novel algorithm--Amplitude Retrieval (AR). Unlike the state-of-the-art methods such as those based on one-bit compressive sensing, AR takes a different approach.

A Boundary Mixing Architecture for Two-Channel Frequency-Interleaving Analog-to-Digital Converters
Multi-channel parallel interleaving in the time or frequency domain is a promising architecture to improve the sampling rates of analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) in the medium-to-high resolution data acquisition system.

MN-ADC based on high-reliable 2T2R synapse structure
With the ever-growing demands for sampling rate, conversion resolution, as well as lower energy consumption, the memristor-based neuromorphic analog-to-digital converters (MN-ADC) becomes one of the most potential approaches to break the bottleneck for ...
