Using Novel One-Bit ADC to Design n-Bit ADC
This work presents two novel styles for designing n-bit analog to digital converter (ADC). Each of the proposed ADCs is built using novel one-bit cell. The novel cell produces single output bit as a response to an input voltage, in addition, it outputs another analog voltage. The generated analog voltage is used again as an input to the to generate one

Differential Deep Detection in Massive MIMO With One-Bit ADC
This article presents a differential detection scheme for the uplink of a massive MIMO system that employs one-bit quantizers on each receive antenna. We focus on the detection of differential amplitude and phase shift keying symbols and we use the Bussgang theorem to express the quantized received signal in terms of quantized signals received during ...

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Channel estimation via gradient pursuit for mmWave massive MIMO systems with one-bit ADCs
In millimeter wave (mmWave) massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, 1 bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) are employed to reduce the impractically high power consumption, which is incurred by the wide bandwidth and large arrays.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Integration of Low‐Voltage Nanoscale MoS2 Memristors on CMOS Microchips
This article presents the first monolithic integration of nanoscale MoS2‐based memristors into the back‐end‐of‐line of foundry‐fabricated CMOS microchips in a one‐transistor‐one‐resistor (1T1R) architecture. The MoS2‐based 1T1R cells exhibit forming‐free, nonvolatile resistive switching with ultra‐low operating voltages, low cycle‐to‐cycle variability ...

Memristive‐Gated RC‐Delay Synaptic Transistors for Time‐Encoded Analog in‐Memory Computing
A Memristive‐Gated Transistor for Time‐Encoded Analog In‐Memory Computing — By exploiting the RC delay of a self‐rectifying interface‐type memristor, nonlinear I–V distortion is structurally bypassed, enabling 3‐bit nonvolatile memory, spike‐timing‐based analog encoding, and hardware‐calibrated reservoir‐computing validation within a unified device ...
