Magnetically “Programming” Cobalt‐Doped Iron Oxide Nanoparticles for Localized Induction Heating: Triggering a Collective Effect of Magnetic Moment Alignment on Demand

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates enhanced induction heating in cobalt‐doped iron oxide nanoparticles via specific pre‐magnetization, induced by the pre‐alignment of magnetic moments. By correlating Co content with magnetic properties, the research highlights how magnetic pre‐programming enables localized, on‐demand debonding in composites.

Reengineering Endogenous Targeting Lipid Nanoparticles (ENDO) for Systemic Delivery of mRNA to Pancreas

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
ENDO lipid nanoparticles containing cholecalciferol as a fifth component demonstrate mRNA delivery to the pancreas with 99% selectivity, including beta cells. This platform shows minimal toxicity and sustained protein expression for up to 3 days in a dose‐dependent manner, offering a novel approach to pancreas‐specific mRNA delivery and gene therapy ...

Genetic Surfaceome E. coli Reprogramming Enables Selective Water Oxidation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A novel enzymatic material based on bilirubin oxidase (BOD) surface‐expressed on E. coli for effective electrocatalysis is reported. With this material, highly efficient and selective water oxidation is achieved, a critical half reaction for synthetic photosynthesis. Abstract Programming catalytic behavior at the microbial genome level is a frontier in
