Pediatric Discovery, EarlyView.Purpose: This study aimed to determine the median effective volume (EV50) of 0.2% ropivacaine for ultrasound‐guided axillary brachial plexus block (ABPB) in children aged 6–10 years, using the Dixon up‐and‐down method. The EV50 was 0.350 mL/kg (95% CI: 0.197–0.362 mL/kg), calculated by isotonic regression and bootstrapping.
