ChemistrySelect, Volume 9, Issue 47, December 17, 2024.Lemon IntegroPectin sourced via hydrodynamic cavitation of lemon industrial processing waste in water only shows high antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli. The phytocomplex at 0.5 mg/mL concentration in contact with the bacteria generates ROS at the bacterial surface in significantly higher amount and rate than those generated by H2O2 0.5 M.
