The Music Box Operad: Random Generation of Musical Phrases from Patterns
We introduce the notion of multi-pattern, a combinatorial abstraction of polyphonic musical phrases. The interest of this approach to encode musical phrases lies in the fact that it becomes possible to compose multi-patterns in order to produce new ones.

Operadic Twisting -- with an application to Deligne's conjecture [PDF]
We study categorial properties of the operadic twisting functor Tw. In particular, we show that Tw is a comonad. Coalgebras of this comonad are operads for which a natural notion of twisting by Maurer-Cartan elements exists.

This paper is a sequel to [LoMa] where moduli spaces of painted stable curves were introduced and studied. We define the extended modular operad of genus zero, algebras over this operad, and study the formal differential geometric structures related to these algebras: pencils of flat connections and Frobenius manifolds without metric.

Assembly of constructible factorization algebras
Abstract We provide a toolbox of extension, gluing, and assembly techniques for factorization algebras. Using these tools, we fill various gaps in the literature on factorization algebras on stratified manifolds, the main one being that constructible factorization algebras form a sheaf of symmetric monoidal ∞$\infty$‐categories.

Hinich's model for Day convolution revisited
Abstract We prove that Hinich's construction of the Day convolution operad of two O$\mathcal {O}$‐monoidal ∞$\infty$‐categories is an exponential in the ∞$\infty$‐category of ∞$\infty$‐operads over O$\mathcal {O}$, and use this to give an explicit description of the formation of algebras in the Day convolution operad as a bivariant functor.
