Optimizing Tigertriever adjustable stentriever technique: Operators’ experience
The Tigertriever is a novel, radially adjustable stentriever that addresses limitations in traditional mechanical thrombectomy devices by providing enhanced user control over clot integration. This provides the ability to adapt to patient-specific factors such as varying vessel sizes and clot compositions and may be particularly crucial for ensuring ...

Integrating ancestry, differential methylation analysis, and machine learning, we identified robust epigenetic signature genes (ESGs) and Core‐ESGs in Black and White women with endometrial cancer. Core‐ESGs (namely APOBEC1 and PLEKHG5) methylation levels were significantly associated with survival, with tumors from high African ancestry (THA) showing ...

There is an unmet need in metastatic breast cancer patients to monitor therapy response in real time. In this study, we show how a noninvasive and affordable strategy based on sequencing of plasma samples with longitudinal tracking of tumour fraction paired with a statistical model provides valuable information on treatment response in advance of the ...

We identified adaptor protein ShcD as upregulated in triple‐negative breast cancer and found its expression to be correlated with reduced patient survival and increased invasion in cell models. Using a proteomic screen, we identified novel ShcD binding partners involved in EGFR signaling pathways.

Inhibitor of DNA binding‐1 is a key regulator of cancer cell vasculogenic mimicry
Elevated expression of transcriptional regulator inhibitor of DNA binding 1 (ID1) promoted cancer cell‐mediated vasculogenic mimicry (VM) through regulation of pro‐angiogenic and pro‐cancerous genes (e.g. VE‐cadherin (CDH5), TIE2, MMP9, DKK1). Higher ID1 expression also increased metastases to the lung and the liver.

Clinical utility of cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers measured by LUMIPULSE® system
Abstract Objectives Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease (AD) are well‐established in research settings, but their use in routine clinical practice remains a largely unexploited potential. Here, we examined the relationship between CSF biomarkers, measured by a fully automated immunoassay platform, and brain β‐amyloid (Aβ ...

Study of Supervisory Control Implementation in A Small Scale Variable Speed Wind Turbine
In relation to improve wind energy production, efforts to increase the extraction of wind energy should be done when there is a decrease in wind power. The decline occurs when there is a change in wind speed. At low wind speed operating range, such as in
